Keeping a finger on the pulse of the fund industry at #ICIgmm
The Investment Company Institute’s (ICI) General Membership Meeting brought together more than 1,500 fund industry leaders from across the globe last week. Between former Mayor of New York City Michael Bloomberg delivering the welcoming keynote and SEC Chair Mary Jo White wrapping up the regulatory forum, much of the discussion was driven by themes of globalization, politics and the future of the financial services industry.
Gregory FCA had the opportunity to meet with key innovators and executives while some of the fund industry’s leading movers and shakers spoke to the issues impacting investor sentiment and the economic environment. While conversation flowed at networking hours and forums, provoking thoughts and exchanges were also shared on Twitter before, during and after the conference.
